Shantanu Dutta is a trained doctor from the Armed Forces Medical College, Pune and began his career in the Indian Air Force. After leaving the Air Force, he became a part of the NGO sector where he continues to serve. He has served with numerous national and international organizations in a range of roles. His coaching interests grew out of his NGO work and evolved gradually along with many other interests including blogging and citizen journalism. Initially he began as a mentor not so much as a coach, beginning with his own colleagues and friends. Subsequently, he trained to be a Life Coach, to get himself some formal structured training. His focus has largely been on career coaching for young professionals, and retirement coaching for future senior citizens. He also works with young people in respect to family relationships and also provides coaching in relation to setting financial goals. So Shantanu has had clients through referrals provided by those who have benefited from his coaching. However he believes that a platform like CoachGrab can allow his skills to reach others and enable them to benefit from his coaching too.
